Here is a list of current marketing tips that many people are using today. How many of them is your company using? Which one can you start using today?

1. Direct Mail -- Mail 1,000 pieces of mail a month for 12 months. This will get your name to 12,000 people in the next year.
2. Telemarketing -- Using the 3-call system get a list of 1,000 suspects, call 100 per week.
3. Networking -- Attend one event a week. Start with your chamber and then visitor bureau.
4. Trade Show -- Display your product or service at 6 trade shows a year.
5. Free Service -- Donate your services to a non-profit or even a company to show what you can do.
6. Puppy Dog Close -- If you have a product that you can loan to someone for 3 days and let them fall in love with it, most of the time they will buy your product.
7. Advertising -- Billboards, magazine add, even classified ads can get your name to many potential clients.
